Who we work for
I’m a barista at Black Rifle Coffee Company. Pete, who builds this site and occasionally writes for it, works there too. Some of the coffee we write about is theirs. Nobody pays us to say that, but you should know it anyway, so we put it wherever it applies.
This site isn’t Black Rifle’s. They don’t review it, approve it, or pay for it, and nothing here is their position on anything.
Product links
Some posts link to Black Rifle products. Those links carry a referral tag so Black Rifle can see the traffic came from this site. That’s it. No commission, no payment, no affiliate program. They are referral links, not affiliate links, and we don’t earn anything when you click or buy.
If we ever join an affiliate program or start earning on a link, this page will say which one, and commission still won’t decide what gets recommended.
Free stuff and comped visits
I pay for café visits in full. If somebody sends me a product for free, that goes at the top of the article, not buried at the bottom.
